Sound healing
There is a wide range of techniques that utilize sound as a tool for change. The most common and basic use of sound is for meditation and relaxation. Chanting, toning and overtone singing are some of the most powerful methods for resonating sound throughout the body. The use of nature sounds and natural instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls and tuning forks, have specific healing frequencies and harmonics. Drumming and rhythm are now used to release stress and build consciousness. Shamanic drumming takes people into altered states of consciousness.

Sound is now being using by clinical psychologists to help many people. Binaural beat frequencies are used to entrain people into very specific states of consciousness. Sound is used to alter brainwave states to help people with sleep disorders and facilitate creative expression. Listening to one’s own natural home note and rhythm brings people to a place of peace and stillness. Calmness has proven to dramatically help the immune system and bring all organs into a healthy alignment and it is the where creativity is the most abundant. Sound and music are also used to help with difficult life transitions, including birth and death.

I play a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, Tingsha bells and rain sticks to induce a state of relaxation in an individual or group. The group might be as general as people that are looking for an interesting sound and musical experience, or might be very specific medically. Using light language channeling frequency to help every individual. Drumming and rhythm are now used to release stress and build team consciousness.
A brief history of Shamanism and healing benefits
Shamanism is as old as mankind self. We have walked this earth for at least 200 000 years and we have had healers, herbalists and shamans among us the whole time.
Shamanism is often referred to as bringing the unseen into the seen, or working with Spirit. We are connected to our spirit guides and they guide the healing session, as well as reveal to us what needs to be healed and cleared.
There are several different techniques used by shamans.
- Soul retrieval, in which the shaman does a journey and retrieves pieces of the soul left behind.
- Drum journey where the shaman guides the client into a trance-like state and can reconnect the client with their power animal or other spirits.
- Energy Clearing: One of the most powerful methods is the energy clearing in which the shaman sucks out the energy blockages from the client's body, releasing and reconnecting the client with their original core energy. Such of the shamanic work is about reconnecting the client with their original nature as well as with the energy of Mother Earth. We sometimes use different sacred medicines to facilitate the journey. These sacraments help open up the client's energy and gives more access for the shaman to help and guide the client, as well as the healing properties of the medicine itself.
Akashic record Readings
They are essentially a giant energetic database with information on everything we ever do including the nature, purpose, history and origins of a soul itself. The library of Akashic Records doesn’t exist on the physical plane but rather, on an etheric level. Akashic Records are an energetic library of information that contain the details of your soul and its journey. They span through past lives, present incarnations, and future possibilities.
Think of it as the spiritual version of Google! Or picture the largest library you have ever seen, and then quadruple that.
